Our journey began in 2000 when Dr. Z. Avila founded A-2-ZWebsolutions during the height of the dot-com boom. Witnessing firsthand how the internet was transforming the way people connect, communicate, and do business, she recognized an opportunity to help entrepreneurs and organizations establish a meaningful online presence. What started with custom website design quickly evolved into a broader mission of helping people turn their ideas into sustainable businesses.

While maintaining a career as a physician, Dr. Z. Avila continued to grow A-2-ZWebsolutions into a global business support network. Today, the company is powered by over 200 independent contractors and 22 employees who help keep the company running and serving clients around the world.

As a former military spouse with more than 32 years of continued affiliation with all branches of the United States military, Dr. Avila understands the unique challenges faced by military families, veterans, active-duty service members, Reservists, National Guard members, and military spouses. Frequent relocations, deployments, career transitions, and the need for flexible employment opportunities have shaped our commitment to serving the military community. A-2-ZWebsolutions is proud to support those who have served and continue to serve by providing remote work opportunities, professional business services, and personalized assistance designed to help military families and veterans achieve financial independence and long-term success.

As our clients grew, so did we. We expanded our services to include domain registration, website design and development, SSL certificates, website maintenance, brand development, business consulting, business management support, publishing services, and notary services. Over the years, we have assisted entrepreneurs, professionals, authors, nonprofits, and business owners with launching, managing, and growing their organizations both online and offline.

By 2011, we entered a new chapter with the launch of our virtual call center. Built around the growing demand for remote work, this platform connects businesses with independent agents, virtual assistants, customer service professionals, and administrative support specialists.
